Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts (5am–5pm or 5pm–5am).
• Knowledge of RF spectrums and satellite systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.
• Mentor to peers and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor services and reschedule as needed.
• Lead daily turnover and update operations log.
• Support system testing after upgrades and during maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and respond to events.
• Coordinate with crew to maintain system health.
• Investigate discrepancies and document them concisely.
• Identify process improvements.
• Coordinate with subsystem engineering for config changes.
• Certify in multiple operator positions; training provided.
• Perform remote diagnostic monitoring of systems.
• Monitor mission processing and support playback/re-processing.
• Support payload operations with team.
