Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Aurora, CO, is seeking a Real-Time Operations Controller to join a 24/7 crew monitoring ground equipment and services within an automated planning system.

You will lead daily turnover, update the operations log, and coordinate with engineers during testing and maintenance to ensure system health. A TS/SCI with polygraph is required, and 12-hour shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years directly related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• TS/SCI with polygraph required to begin employment.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (5am–5pm or 5pm–5am).
• Understanding of RF spectrum usage and satellite infrastructure.
• Networking experience and ability to learn complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and service status in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Lead daily turnover and update operations log with accurate progress.
• Support testing after upgrades and during maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance and respond to events with defined courses of action.
• Coordinate with team members and subsystem engineers on configurations and maintenance.
• Certify in multiple operator positions; provide training prior to certification testing.
• Perform remote diagnostic monitoring and support payload operations as needed.
