Scottsdale, AZ-based IT Operations Specialist will shadow and document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions to ensure seamless operations. You will map technical processes and identify bottlenecks to optimize performance.

Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline workflows; draft clear process documentation with improvement recommendations; communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive action.

Qualifications

• Experience in a NOC/SOC/Operations Center or an equivalent 24x7 support environment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
• Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities.
• Prior hands‑on collaboration with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance workflows.
