Responsibilities

• Own and manage a visible queue of system and automation requests based on business impact.
• Turn business requests into concrete requirements and recommend practical solutions.
• Configure systems, permissions, routing, pipelines, and related settings.
• Collaborate with Engineering when deeper development is required and coordinate testing.
