Qualifications

• Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in two areas from the following: Windows workstation support, real-time operations, TCP/IP networking, or web/application troubleshooting.
• Ability to work on-site in a secure facility (background check required).

Responsibilities

• Shadow and meticulously documenting live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
• Mapping complex technical processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Coordinating with cross-functional technical and operational teams to streamline workflows.
• Drafting clear, concise process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.
• Communicating technical findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
