Job summary

Interfacesystems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator for on-site work in Saint Louis. You will manage real-time security events with two-way audio/video, verify alarms, and coordinate with emergency services. The role emphasizes rapid decisions, clear communication, and incident de-escalation in a fast-paced SOC.

Starting pay is $22.00/hour with various shift differentials and bonuses. Training is provided, and benefits start day one. Start dates available and new-hire bonus offered.

• Ability to make rapid decisions during incidents.
• Strong communication with customers and emergency personnel.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, carefully observing all areas for potential security vulnerabilities.
• Communicate with customer locations using two-way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals, placing outgoing calls to verify validity.
• Provide critical life safety support by ensuring timely dispatch to emergency services.
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events and de-escalate disturbances.
• Document interactions and ensure proper follow-up to resolve incidents.
