Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking an FSQ RTE Manager (Technical Authority) to act as the single point of authority for food safety across all Ready-to-Eat production and packaging. You will make real-time decisions on product safety, release, and line start-ups, ensuring no contamination pathway exists.

You will lead hygienic zoning, sanitation standards, environmental monitoring, and pre-operational controls, partnering with the micro lab and plant teams to uphold HACCP, FSMA, and GMPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in food safety/QA leadership.
• RTE food experience strongly required.
• Deep expertise in HACCP, FSMA, GMPs.
• Proven ability to enforce standards and make high‑pressure decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make final decisions on product release/hold and line startup.
• Lead escalation and response to deviations and sanitation failures.
• Define and enforce hygienic zoning and flow controls.
• Validate sanitation with ATP and micro results.
• Own pre-op verification standards and high-risk audits.
• Lead environmental monitoring and Listeria risk mitigation.
