Job summary

Jack Link's is seeking an FSQ RTE Manager (Technical Authority) in Perry, GA to act as the single point of authority for food safety within all Ready-to-Eat production and packaging operations.

You will own real-time risk decisions on product safety, line startup, releases, and deviations, ensuring no contamination pathways exist and enforcing GMPs across all processes. Collaboration with the Micro Lab Manager will be essential to interpret trends and maintain control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in food safety leadership.
• RTE food experience strongly required.
• Deep expertise in HACCP, FSMA, GMPs; Hygienic zoning; Sanitation systems.

Responsibilities

• Make final decisions on product release/hold and line startup approval.
• Lead escalation for deviations, sanitation failures and environmental risks.
• Define and enforce RAW → RTE separation and controlled entry/exit points.
