Job summary

Revolution Foods in California is seeking an experienced QA Technician II to monitor daily production on the floor in a fast-paced USDA-regulated Ready-to-Eat environment, ensuring compliance and safe, consistent meals across our lines.

You will perform pre-operational inspections, environmental monitoring, and line clearance, verify cooking and temperature controls, and support audits and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on food safety or QA in food manufacturing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication with teams.
• Experience with pre-operational inspections, ATP swabbing, and lab monitoring.
• Ability to read microbiological results and escalate when needed.
• Experience with fresh and chilled product production and shelf-life.

Responsibilities

• Provide FSQA oversight of RTE lines, verifying USDA requirements and HACCP plans.
• Complete pre-operational inspections and line readiness.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and review lab reports.
• Verify cooking, cooling, holding, and temperature controls.
• Perform in-process checks on labeling, weights, and packaging.
• Support shelf-life controls and traceability for finished products.
• Document inspections and initiate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance teams.
• Support production trials, audits, and ongoing safety initiatives.
