This part‑time role provides real‑time operational support within the Airport Customer Center, coordinating between pilots, ACC teams, and other operational departments. The Liaison acts as a primary contact for pilots during operational issues, supports safety events and MCC coordination, and helps ensure timely problem resolution across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for pilots regarding operational issues at ACC.
• Support pilots during safety‑related events, MCC coordination, and conflict resolution.
• Facilitate cross‑divisional communication within ACC to resolve operational challenges.
• Liaise with CPO and other departments to ensure timely problem resolution.
• Monitor operational communication channels to mitigate disruptions.
• Analyze flight schedules and collaborate with ACS to identify and address operational impacts.
• Monitor and assist with DOT 3/4 compliance.
• Evaluate pushback delays for accuracy and identify operational trends.
