Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general maintenance and/or custodial services.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass requirements for ATL badge/background check.

Responsibilities

• Continuously review custodial performance to meet contract specs and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with custodial and maintenance services to respond to customer requests.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance checks.
• Provide written and verbal reports on service levels and discrepancies.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external customers and team members for effective communication.
