Black Gold Transport, LLC is seeking a dispatcher to manage and optimize trucking schedules, communicate with drivers in real time, and ensure on-time movement of the fleet using GPS and other data systems. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, ensuring safety and efficiency, and supporting ongoing tech and morale improvements.

Ideal candidates have dispatch experience, FMCSA knowledge, and proficiency with fleet management tools.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience
• Familiarity with the trucking industry and FMCSA regulations
• Experience with fleet management systems and related technologies
• Proficiency with radio and GPS technology
• Excellent judgment, communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
• The ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Responsabilités

• Managing and optimizing trucking schedules and communicating with drivers in a real-time environment
• Using high-precision GPS systems to keep truck fleet moving safely on time, and on target
• Continuously monitoring and improving technologies, productivity, and morale among a wide range of personalities
• Managing wireless communication, vehicle cameras, and other data-gathering technologies
• Assisting with training in the proper use of the dispatch system
• Coordinating and communicating with other departments as necessary
