Job summary

Remote Genie is seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Technical Sales Engineer to drive real-time cold chain monitoring opportunities across North America. You will manage projects, respond to RFIs/RFPs, learn ELPRO’s software solutions, and support sales efforts bridging technical depth with business value.

The role requires coordinating engineering, sales, and client stakeholders to deliver tailored monitoring solutions, demos, and workshops—virtual and in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in project management, technical sales, or consulting within a cold chain monitoring, logistics, or life sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of RFIs, RFPs, and technical solution selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical concepts into business value.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end implementation of real-time cold chain monitoring solutions, ensuring on-time delivery within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and client stakeholders.
• Define and track project KPIs for continuous optimization.
• Serve as internal product and technical expert and enable sales teams to present demonstrations.
• Deliver product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops (virtual and in-person).
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, proposals, and project scopes.
