Job summary

ELPRO, the Division within Robert Bosch Group, seeks a dynamic Project Manager & Technical Sales Engineer to drive real-time cold chain monitoring opportunities in North America. You will manage end-to-end projects, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and become proficient in ELPRO’s software solutions while supporting sales with tailored demonstrations and workshops.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in project management, technical sales, or consulting within a cold chain monitoring, logistics, or life sciences environment.
Strong understanding of RFIs, RFPs, and technical solution selling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business value.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end implementation of real-time cold chain monitoring solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and client stakeholders, to align objectives and execution.
Define and track project KPIs, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
Manage project implementation and delivery.
Serve as the internal product & technical expert, enabling sales to present and demo ELPRO’s solutions.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
Deliver product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical workshops (virtual and in-person).
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, proposals, and project scopes.
Assist Sales in crafting customized solutions and pricing models.
