Job summary

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property and BUILDER Specialist to support the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Benning. This role maintains accurate real property, facility condition, and space management data to support installation planning, sustainment, and asset accountability.

The ideal candidate will have experience with facilities data, property records, building surveys, or space management systems and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional education in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Geography, GIS, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with real property accountability, facilities management, building surveys, space utilization programs, facility condition assessments, or property record management.
• Ability to collect and validate field data and reconcile with electronic records, maps, drawings, and source documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
• Experience using ePRISMS, BUILDER, GIS, CMMS, or similar facilities management platforms desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with high accuracy.
• Ability to obtain DoD CAC and required system permissions, subject to government approval.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document building space utilization surveys to verify and maintain accurate facility records.
• Review and validate real property data, ensuring consistency between field observations and electronic records.
• Maintain and update records within ePRISMS.
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies in facility, space, and real property records.
• Collect, organize, and prepare source documentation for facilities lacking complete real property records.
• Support import file preparation and data management for property records systems.
• Update and maintain BUILDER Sustainment Management System records, including IBE and facility condition data.
• Verify floor plans, construction drawings, project updates, and supporting documentation for data accuracy.
• Prepare quarterly discrepancy reports and provide documented findings for government review and corrective action.
• Maintain organized records, supporting documentation, and audit trails for all activities.
