D2 Government Solutions is seeking an IT Accountability and Reporting Specialist to support the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Benning. The role focuses on IT asset accountability, compliance tracking, and timely government reporting.

The position also serves as Assistant Contract Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reporting requirements while maintaining accurate records to support mission-critical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional IT/business admin training preferred.
• Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, compliance tracking, records management, or government reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability records for computers, laptops, servers, and software assets assigned to personnel.
• Reconcile equipment inventories with software records and property documentation; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage task trackers, contacts, due dates, and docs for eMASS activities.
• Compile, review, and validate data for recurring government reports and status updates.
• Coordinate with team members to obtain accurate and timely reporting information.
• Collect and prepare contractor labor-hour data for manpower reporting submissions.
• Maintain organized records for audits and reporting.
• Ensure handling of sensitive information complies with policies and security requirements.
• Support process improvements to enhance accountability and reporting accuracy.
