Job summary

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Real Property and BUILDER Specialist to support the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Benning. Onsite work and data stewardship will focus on maintaining accurate real property, facility condition, and space management data to support installation planning and asset accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related field study preferred.
• Experience with real property accountability, facilities management, or space utilization.
• Ability to collect and validate field data against electronic records and drawings.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and document space utilization surveys to verify facility records.
• Review and validate real property data for consistency with records.
• Maintain records in ePRISMS and BUILDER systems.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in facility, space, and property records.
• Prepare source documentation for properties with incomplete records.
• Support data import and management for property records systems.
• Update BUILDER and facility condition data including IBE records.
• Verify floor plans and drawings for data accuracy.
• Prepare quarterly discrepancy reports for government review.
• Maintain organized audit trails for all activities.
