Job summary

D2 Government Solutions seeks a diligent Work Management and Projects Specialist to support the DPW at Fort Benning. You will manage work orders, maintain project records, and ensure data integrity across multiple systems to support planning and decision-making.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with project tracking or records-heavy environments, and the ability to coordinate with analysts and stakeholders to keep reporting accurate and timely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred in business, PM, construction, public administration, or information systems.
• Experience with work order management, facilities administration, or high-volume transactional environments.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines.
• Experience validating, tracking, and reconciling operational or project data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with databases.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work order transactions for completeness, proper coding, and timely closure.
• Validate DA Form 4283 project requests and supporting docs before creating/updating records.
• Maintain project data in systems like cProjects and GFEBS Project System.
• Monitor ArMA activities and prepare accurate monthly reporting summaries.
• Research discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual work planning and reporting with accurate data.
