Qualifications

• 2–4 years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm.
• Meaningful reps on leasing and purchase and sale work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and biotech-focused leasing, including complex facility leases.
• Assist with purchase and sale transactions, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support real estate financings and related due diligence and documentation.
