Qualifications

• 3–5 years of corporate and transactional experience at a comparable law firm.
• Strong background in public company work, registered equity offerings, SEC representation, and M&A.
• Life sciences experience is helpful but not required if interest in the sector is real.

Responsibilities

• Work on corporate transactions for venture-backed private and public life sciences companies.
• Handle pieces of deals including equity financings, IPOs, and M&A.
• Direct client interaction and take ownership of substantial parts of transactions.
