Breakaway Talent Group in Cheshire, Connecticut, is seeking a Transaction Coordinator for a fast-growing residential real estate investment company. You will help manage real estate transactions from contract through closing, keeping deals moving and deadlines on track.

We value highly organized and dependable candidates who communicate well, take ownership, and can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Previous real estate experience is not required.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing
• Track deadlines, documents, paperwork, and next steps
• Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, agents, and internal team members
• Manage scheduling, follow-up, and communication throughout the transaction
• Make sure required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Help resolve issues that arise during the transaction process
• Manage multiple active transactions at once
• Take ownership of each deal and ensure it continues moving toward closing
