Job summary

Hammes Partners is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to join our team and support due diligence for pending investments. You will collaborate with senior leaders to source and close investments, coordinating documents, titles, surveys, and closing logistics.

You will assist Capital Markets with debt financings, manage lender relationships, and help structure and package deals across acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development opportunities, in a dynamic real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience with a real estate firm or similar position within an accounting firm, law firm, or title company.
• Demonstrates utmost attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions including due diligence and closing logistics.
• Support Capital Markets with sourcing, documentation, and closing of financings.
• Help document debt strategies and hedging approaches with third-party consultants.
• Develop lender databases and maintain souring logs for debt executions.
• Coordinate development and asset management reporting and close packages.
