Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience with a real estate firm or similar position within an accounting firm, law firm, or title company.
• Demonstrates utmost attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a high-paced environment (time management skills).
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to establish rapport via phone and email.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with elements of acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing transactions, including due diligence and closing logistics.
• Assist Capital Markets with sourcing, documentation, and closing of financings.
• Determine and document strategy behind debt execution and hedge strategies with third-party consultants.
• Establish new lending relationships through direct outreach and brokerage networks.
• Create and maintain a lender database profiling marketplace lenders and prospects.
• Maintain souring logs for debt execution and drive procurement from packages to term sheets.
• Assist in managing loan assumption processes in monetization of investments.
• Collaborate with investment professionals to finance development opportunities and secure loans.
