Job summary

Design Workshop is seeking an experienced Strategic Services Analyst to lead research and advisory assignments at the intersection of real estate, market research, planning, design, and development strategy. You will translate market insights into actionable strategies for projects and clients in Denver or remote teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience in real estate consulting, market analysis, development, planning, economic consulting, or related field.
• Experience preparing market studies, feasibility analyses, financial analyses, and development pro formas.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills demonstrated by translating research into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to independently structure complex assignments, identify key questions, and develop analytical approaches.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead market, demographic, economic, competitive, and real estate research to understand demand and opportunities.
• Prepare market studies, development programs, feasibility analyses, financial models, and development pro formas.
• Conduct specialized research across sectors including mixed-use, residential, commercial, tourism, and resorts.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative information into findings and actionable recommendations.
• Develop project scopes, analytical approaches, work plans, and schedules; coordinate team resources.
