Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams (e.g., Amazon Business Orgs, Regional Portfolio Management, Occupancy Planning, Design and Construction, IT, Security, Workplace, Finance and Facilities).
• Lead city-wide strategy plans for major metro areas and develop portfolio plans aligned to business goals and market trends.
• Oversee supply and demand by city and design strategy scenarios to align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize space across existing portfolio and new acquisitions.
• Prioritize work across vendor contingencies and drive cross-functional engagement to coordinate efforts.
