Job summary

Real Capital Solutions in Louisville, CO seeks a curious Analyst/Research Associate with a strong interest in real estate markets, economics, and business trends. You will work closely with the CEO on research, strategic initiatives, competitive analysis, and written communications.

The successful candidate will conduct in-depth market research, identify opportunities, prepare summaries and presentations, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, real estate, or a related field.
MBA with real estate focus is preferred.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in research, real estate, investment analysis, finance, economics, consulting, or a related field.
Exceptional research, analytical, writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of real estate supply-and-demand fundamentals and how market conditions affect asset cash flow, valuation, and IRR.
Ability to gather, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Ability to work independently, anticipate the needs of senior leadership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Highly organized, with excellent time-management skills, strong attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, investment opportunities, economic trends, business strategies, and CEO initiatives.
Identify and evaluate unique real estate and related opportunities that may create value for RCS.
Attend meetings with CEO, summarize, create follow-up and track progress and report back to CEO.
Create action plans from CEO ideas and drive some to completion.
Research competitors and analyze their strategies, focusing on leasing, operations, and tenant retention.
Investigate competitors' strategies to strengthen RCS's competitive position.
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategies to position RCS among the top 5% performers.
Prepare research summaries, presentations, reports, and other materials for CEO and senior leadership.
Monitor current events, economic developments, and real estate trends.
Travel 10–20% as needed.
