Qualifications

• Strong analytical background with ability to translate research into actionable investment insights.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate investment research or related field and strong quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal subject matter expert on US real estate markets and property sectors.
• Analyze market conditions for prospective investments including supply, demand, and rent growth.
• Develop investment strategy by interpreting macroeconomic and market data.
• Support design and construction of quantitative models with LaSalle Quants team.
• Author white papers, market analyses, and client-facing presentations.
• Mentor and support junior analysts and interns.
