Fuse Management is seeking a Real Estate Development Analyst to support the VP of Real Estate and the development team across a diverse project portfolio. You will perform underwriting, market research, budgeting, and prepare polished decision-materials to drive project outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced Excel with financial modeling, schedules and scenario analysis.
Strong PowerPoint and Word for executive-ready materials.
Familiarity with platforms like Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, Yardi, Argus or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Build, update, and analyze Excel-based development pro formas, budgets, debt assumptions, operating projections and returns.
Conduct deep research to validate market, financing, entitlements, regulation and construction-cost assumptions.
Support acquisitions, due diligence, entitlements, zoning, design, permitting, construction, financing, lease-up and closeout.
Read and analyze development budgets, contracts, pay apps, schedules and change orders; track costs vs. budgets.
Prepare clear PowerPoint presentations, executive summaries and lender/investor materials.
