Job summary

Forum Investment Group in Denver seeks an Analyst to support the Portfolio & Asset Management arm of its Structured Finance platform. You will handle asset-level reporting, analytics development, and construction draw processes for real estate investments including mezzanine loans and senior loans.

You will work with senior team members, review monthly construction draw funding requests, and assist in closing processes by coordinating due diligence materials and sponsor track records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or accounting.
• Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills – high proficiency in MS Excel a must.
• Strong ability to read and interpret multifamily financial reports (T-12s, rent rolls, leasing reports, and budgets).

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio & Asset Management in asset and portfolio-level reporting and analytics development.
• Manage closings of new investments and oversee construction draw processes for real estate investments.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting for a growing portfolio across the US.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify risks; update underwriting as market conditions change.
• Assist in due diligence for new investments and liaise with borrowers and consultants.
