You will work exclusively with warmed-up, pre-qualified leads - homeowners who have already expressed interest in selling their property. This is not a cold-calling role. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, consistent follow-up, and the ability to build trust quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming seller leads and inquiries
• Build rapport with property owners and understand their motivations
• Present and negotiate mutually beneficial purchase offers
• Maintain consistent follow-up using a CRM system
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth closings
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
• Address objections confidently and guide prospects toward signed agreements
• Support a seamless transaction process from initial conversation to close

Qualifications
