Qualifications

• 1+ years relevant experience supporting multiple people in CRE or professional services.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Excellent proofreading and editing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Gather market research to create client deliverables such as market surveys and tour books.
• Prepare deal documents and update CRM with prospects, clients and deals.
• Create and edit property marketing materials, presentations and client deliverables for meetings.
• Assist in planning industry functions or client events and open houses.
• Process deal file paperwork and assist with invoicing and broker expenses.
