Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting multiple people in real estate or professional services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with Adobe InDesign
• Project management capabilities, including multi-tasking, prioritization, deadline management
• Discretion & professionalism with confidential information
• Strong proofreading and editing abilities

Responsibilities

• Business Operations: Gather market research to create client deliverables (market surveys, tour books, competitive sets); prepare deal documents (RFPs, LOIs, renewal letters, leasing status reports) with brokers’ direction.
• Marketing & Listing Management: Manage property listings on platforms like CoStar and LoopNet; prepare marketing flyers, brochures, emails, and client presentations using InDesign and Canva.
• Data & CRM Management: Update CRM to track prospects, clients, and deal information.
• Financial & Administrative Duties: Compile broker expense reports; process vendor invoices; schedule meetings and travel arrangements.
• Team Collaboration: Assist in planning industry events, client events, and open houses.
