Keller Williams Palo Alto is seeking a Real Estate Sales Trainee to learn the business and develop your sales skills. You'll start by learning how to find buyers/sellers, set appointments, and turn conversations into real estate opportunities with coaching from producing agents.
Compensation is commission-based with a generous first-year earning potential and flexible, part-time options; training begins on day one to help you succeed in a competitive market.
Real estate is a sales business. It's about starting conversations, earning trust, solving problems, and helping people make important decisions.
If that sounds like something you'd enjoy, we want to talk. We're adding people to our real estate sales team who are interested in learning the business and developing their sales skills.
You’ll learn how to find potential buyers and sellers, make calls, schedule appointments, and turn conversations into real estate opportunities. As your skills develop, you’ll work directly with clients, learn how transactions come together and gain experience navigating the real estate market. You won’t be learning everything from a manual. You’ll have access to producing agents who can coach you through real sales situations, answer questions and help you improve.
We offer a competitive commission structure with low fees, so you keep more of what you produce. Part-time opportunities are available, and training begins on day one.
Someone who enjoys talking with people, can handle rejection, follows through on commitments, and wants to get better at sales. You don’t need to know everything about real estate. You do need to be willing to learn, take direction and consistently put in the work.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+
If you're interested in sales and want to see what a career in real estate could look like,
