We’re growing and looking for motivated people who want to develop their real estate sales skills while gaining hands-on experience in the business.

You’ll receive coaching and mentorship from agents who are actively producing, along with proven systems for prospecting, sales, and client service. You’ll learn how to generate leads, build a client base, improve your sales conversations, and develop a stronger understanding of the real estate market through daily experience.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work directly with buyers and sellers on real transactions while developing the skills and confidence needed to grow your career.

We offer a competitive commission structure with low fees, allowing you to keep more of what you earn as your production increases. You’ll also be part of a collaborative team environment focused on trust, accountability, and continued growth.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation: $112,400 - $194,500 yearly
