Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with mentors to develop personalized strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Utilize company-provided tools to manage client interactions and track progress toward sales goals.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.

Real Estate Agent Apprentice - High Commission Split, Full Training Available

Start your real estate career with the training, mentorship, and structure to learn the business from the ground up.

We’re looking for new and newly licensed agents who are ready to develop their skills and start working directly with buyers and sellers. No previous real estate or sales experience is required.

You’ll receive step-by-step training on showings, contracts, and closings, along with one-on-one mentorship from a top-producing team. You’ll also have a proven daily activity plan to follow as you learn how to build your pipeline and work with clients.

As you develop, you’ll gain hands-on experience connecting with buyers and sellers, showing homes, writing offers, and guiding clients from their first conversation through closing.

Transaction and administrative support are provided so you can stay focused on working with clients and developing your business.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to follow a structured system while learning the day-to-day business of real estate.

You must hold a real estate license or currently be working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

High commission split. Part-time and full-time options available. No prior experience required.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $225,000 yearly
