About this position

We're looking for a licensed agent with a minimum of 3 years of experience who can take warm online leads and turn them into closed transactions. Not cold calling. Not door knocking.

These are real buyer and seller leads coming through our digital infrastructure, and we need someone who's fast on follow-up, sharp on the phone, and knows how to build trust quickly with people they've never met. You'll receive a steady pipeline of buyer and seller leads generated through our website, SEO, paid campaigns, and digital marketing. Your job is to respond fast, qualify effectively, nurture the ones who aren't ready yet, and convert the ones who are. You'll have CRM tools, drip campaigns, and a transaction team behind you so you can stay focused on conversations and closings.
