Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency around lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads within 5 minutes during business hours.
• Qualify buyer and seller inquiries through phone, text, and email.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM with detailed notes and consistent follow-up.
• Nurture long-term leads through systematic touchpoints until they're ready to transact.
• Convert qualified leads into signed buyer agreements and listing appointments.
• Guide clients through showings, offers, negotiations, and closings.
• Coordinate with our transaction and marketing team to ensure a seamless client experience.
