What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly and professionally to team-generated buyer leads
• Build relationships, set appointments, and convert opportunities into active clients
• Conduct buyer consultations, show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts
• Follow a proven daily activity plan built around consistency and conversion
• Track performance and improve through coaching, role play, and accountability
