Job summary

CBRE seeks a Project Manager to lead ground-up and facility infrastructure projects for a multi-use real estate client. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and governance from initiation to closeout, collaborating with clients, design teams, and contractors.

This role requires up to 50% regional travel, primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and team leadership in a fast-paced environment aligned with CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience is strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through qualification processes; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.
• Track project progress and report status and variances; identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function and related disciplines; lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and related teams.
