Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead management of multi-use facility projects from initiation to closeout. Role covers ground-up and facility infrastructure, with up to 50% regional travel primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.

You will plan, design, and oversee scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ground-up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Kahua or similar PM software and D365 or ERP platform experience.
• Strong organizational and quantitative analysis skills; ability to handle complex figures.

Responsibilities

• Manage project management for real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risk plans.
• Define delivery resources; conduct RFQs; evaluate bids; recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project governance aligned with CBRE and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Lead project delivery team, provide guidance, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to reduce threats to project objectives.
• Apply standard principles and innovative solutions to complex assignments.
