Job summary

CBRE Project Management seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground up and facility infrastructure projects for a multi-use client account. You will manage scope, budget, schedules, and risk while coordinating with clients to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires up to 50% regional travel in the Eastern Time Zone and a strong PMP/CCM/LEED background. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; Turner & Townsend consolidation may apply to the corporate structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or other ERP platforms.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.
• Sophisticated math skills for calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define project delivery resources; conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely coordination of project documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans; implement actions to reduce risks.
