Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for our multi-use facility client accounts. You will manage projects from initiation through completion, including ground-up and facility infrastructure work, with up to 50% regional travel, predominantly within the Eastern Time Zone.

You’ll work with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and quality controls, directing a delivery team and ensuring governance, data integrity, and risk management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5–8 years of relevant experience; combo accepted in lieu of degree.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• MS Office proficiency; Kahua or similar PM software and D365 or ERP experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
• Strong math skills and financial calculation ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, resources, budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Perform RFPs, bid evaluations and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned to client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation across projects.
• Provide guidance to the delivery team and track progress and risks.
• Develop action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; report variances.
