Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a multi-use facility client account, overseeing projects from initiation through completion. Role includes ground-up and infrastructure construction, with up to 50% regional travel predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone.

Responsibilities include planning, scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, governance, and data integrity across the project delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience desired.
• Proficiency in Kahua or similar PM software and D365/ERP.
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Lead bid processes: RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Establish governance for project documentation and data integrity.
• Direct project delivery teams and monitor progress, risks, and contingencies.
• Ensure compliance with CBRE RISE values and client requirements.
