Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to provide consulting services for our multi-use facility client account, guiding projects from initiation through completion, including ground-up and facility infrastructure construction.

Role may require up to 50% travel regionally, predominantly in the Eastern Time Zone. You will work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, define resources, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure data integrity and governance across the delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Kahua or similar project management software and D365 or ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare project elements: scope of work, resources, cost estimates, milestones, quality control, and risk.
• Define resources, conduct RFIs/RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
