Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Buffalo to provide consulting for our multi-use facility client accounts.

You will oversee projects from initiation through completion, covering ground-up and infrastructure construction, with regional travel up to 50% in the Eastern Time Zone. You will work with clients on scope, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk, while guiding a delivery team and ensuring governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.
• Experience with Kahua or similar PM software and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Define delivery resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve goals.
• Create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
• Lead by example per CBRE RISE values and drive consensus.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within teams.
