Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide consulting services for our multi-use facility client accounts, overseeing projects from initiation through completion. The role covers ground-up construction, MEP infrastructure, and capital improvements, with up to 50% regional travel primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.

You will manage client relationships, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management while coordinating a project team and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience desired.
• Proficiency in Kahua or similar project management software and ERP platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, and quality controls.
• Develop charter and integrated timeline; monitor progress and escalate issues.
• Lead meetings and guide project teams through implementation.
• Identify risks and apply innovative methods to meet objectives.
