Job summary

Patriot Holdings is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to drive real estate acquisitions and dispositions from executed LOI through closing. You will own due diligence, closing checklists, and the deal calendar to ensure every transaction closes on time.

The role sits on the Investments team and collaborates with acquisitions, asset management, outside counsel, lenders, title companies, and brokers. A PE environment requires meticulous organization and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions at a PE firm, REIT, or related entity.
• Hands-on experience managing due diligence and closings for income-producing properties.
• Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with virtual data rooms such as Datasite, Intralinks, or Box.

Responsibilities

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions from LOI through closing and post-closing.
• Build and maintain the master deal calendar with critical dates and contingencies.
• Own the closing checklist and coordinate deliverables across counsel, lenders, title, and escrow.
• Run weekly deal status calls and circulate action items and trackers.
• Prepare diligence requests and manage virtual data rooms for buy-side and sell-side processes.
• Coordinate document execution, signing, and closing deliverables with counsel and escrow.
