Patriot Holdings LLC is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to drive acquisitions and dispositions from LOI through closing. You will own due diligence, the closing checklist, and the deal calendar to ensure timely closings.

The role sits on the Investments team and collaborates with acquisitions, asset management, outside counsel, lenders, title companies, and brokers. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years in commercial real estate transactions, as a transaction coordinator, closing coordinator, paralegal, or analyst at a PE firm, REIT, developer, law firm, or title company.
• Hands-on experience managing due diligence and closings for income-producing commercial properties.
• Working knowledge of PSAs, title commitments, surveys, leases, estoppels, and third-party reports.
• Advanced Excel and strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with virtual data rooms such as Datasite, Intralinks, or Box.

Responsabilités

• Manage acquisitions and dispositions from executed LOI through closing and post-closing.
• Build and maintain the master deal calendar with critical dates and contingencies.
• Own the closing checklist and coordinate deliverables across internal teams and counsel.
• Run weekly deal status calls and circulate action items.
• Escalate risks and timeline slippage early to the deal team.
• Prepare seller due diligence request lists and manage data rooms.
• Coordinate with lenders, title, escrow, and counterparties on closing deliverables.
• Summarize diligence findings in memos for the deal team.
