Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of applicable experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quarterly and year-end reporting and internal databases.
• Post reports to investor portals.
• Manage real estate portfolio data in the internal database.
• Coordinate occupancy reporting and invoicing processes.
• Support RAM trainings and events.
• Maintain the Richman investor portal.
