Job summary

Partners Group in Colorado is hiring for its Private Real Estate team to support its North American business. The role collaborates with investment and asset management professionals across the full real estate investment lifecycle, evaluating and managing a portfolio of U.S.

real estate investments. The position focuses on valuation, data quality, and analytical reporting to drive informed decisions and successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or real estate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience for Portfolio Analyst level, 5 years for Junior Portfolio Manager level, in financial services or real estate.
• Strong accounting background with understanding of fair value concepts (Big 4 experience a plus).
• Understanding of investment structures (funds, SPVs, joint ventures, partnerships).

Responsibilities

• Holistic management and ownership of real estate investment structures.
• Coordinate with internal groups and external partners on investment capital requirements, liquidity, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain accurate investment valuations of control investments.
• Ensure quality of investment data to support oversight of portfolio performance and drive accretive decision-making.
• Manage analytics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including the investment committee and clients.
• Take an active role in divestment, refinancing, and corporate action processes, including investment committee submissions.
• Conduct financial analysis, including detailed pro-forma and Excel-based financial models.

The role works closely with both investment and asset management professionals across the full real estate investment lifecycle, with an integral part in evaluating, executing, and managing a portfolio of U.S. real estate investments.

Compensation & Location

Base pay target $115k-$150k plus a significant performance-based bonus. Based in Broomfield, Colorado, supporting Partners Group's North American real estate business.
